These Contribution Terms apply to any payment you make through Race Purse ("Contribution").
A Contribution is a voluntary payment intended to support the fund for the listed event.
Contributing does not enter you into any contest, game, sweepstakes, raffle, or promotion. Contributors cannot win money or items of value through Race Purse. Race Purse does not offer odds, wagering, fantasy contests, brackets, or "pick the winner" functionality.
Contributions are allocated to the event's athlete fund and are paid out to eligible athletes according to the published payout rules for that event.
If you choose to display your name or message (e.g., flair), you grant Race Purse permission to display it publicly in connection with that event. If you select "Post anonymously," your name will not appear in the public feed.
Contributors are not purchasing goods or services. Race Purse does not provide tax advice. Athletes are responsible for taxes on their payouts.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
If you did not authorize a transaction, contact us immediately at support@racepurse.com. We may block accounts or refuse service for suspected fraud or abuse.
