1. Who we are

2. What the service does

Race Purse provides a platform for fans to make voluntary contributions that increase an event's athlete fund, and for eligible athletes to receive payouts based on official event results.

3. No gambling / no contests for contributors

Race Purse is not a gambling, fantasy sports, wagering, raffle, or sweepstakes service. Contributors do not participate in a game of chance or skill through Race Purse and cannot win prizes by contributing.

4. User accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information when contributing or setting up payouts.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Race Purse to:

• Facilitate gambling, wagering, fantasy contests, raffles, sweepstakes, or any chance-based promotion
• Launder money, commit fraud, or violate applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform

6. Payments, third parties, and fees

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Additional terms may apply from those providers.

7. Event changes / cancellations

Events may change or be canceled. Race Purse will handle funds consistent with the event page disclosures and the Refund Policy. We do not guarantee event availability or purse totals.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and platform features are owned by Race Purse and/or its licensors.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Race Purse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
