Refunds before payout processing begins

We may issue refunds before payouts are initiated, at our discretion, if you contact us promptly and the funds have not been committed to athlete payouts.

After payout processing begins

Once payout processing has begun (or payouts have been sent), refunds are generally not available because the funds have been remitted to athletes/recipients.

How to request a refund

Email support@racepurse.com with:

• The email used at checkout
• The event name
• The date/amount of the contribution

We may ask for additional details to verify the request.

Unauthorized transactions

If you believe a contribution was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We may restrict accounts for suspected fraud.
